Tour De Law 2023: Hallmark Solicitors’ Remarkable Debut

Tour De Law is a two-day national cycling, and fundraising challenge of Breast Cancer Now. On the 11th and 12th of October 2023, at our office in Hull, we set out on a remarkable adventure. Hallmark Solicitors contributed to this year's noble cause that saw a total of £126,530 raised so far and an impressive 15,327 kilometres covered.

Our Success and Gratitude

Hallmark Solicitors Cycling Team, with the support of individuals and organizations, covered an impressive 646.3 kilometers during Tour De Law 2023. They completed 99 cycling slots of 15 minutes each over the two action-packed days and raised over a thousand pounds and still counting.

Managing Director, Uche Akali expressed their gratitude, saying, "We extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible people who supported us. Your support was truly inspirational. We had unwavering backing from our dedicated staff members, individual volunteers, family, friends, passersby, and organizations such as Hymers College, Fitmums and Friends, Sailmakers, and Pace Communications."

Continuing, she emphasised the significance of their debut performance, competing against established law firms from London and other parts of the UK. "We are elated with our team's remarkable performance. Not only did we raise awareness of the disease by sharing breast health leaflets, but we also had Mr Augustine Akali, a breast reconstructive surgeon on hand to address inquiries and this really helped to make people even more aware of breast cancer and things to always look out for in the body’’.
