5 Clients Complaints Procedure

At all times, we aim to provide our clients with a professional service of the highest standard.

Should any problem arise, our approach is to be constructive. We will take every complaint seriously by investigating the complaint promptly and thoroughly and will take remedial action as we deem appropriate.

If you have a complaint, you should raise it in the first instance with the fee earner responsible for the relevant matter. We would expect to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. If this has not been the case and we do not, then you can contact the Legal Ombudsman who may be able to help you resolve your complaint.
