They want to be able to provide their existing clients a better level of service free of shackles from office politics and the hassles of management. If you've built a loyal client base, then more often than not they will follow you. This allows you to hit the ground running and won't leave you wondering what to do when getting started and we are here to support by assisting with high quality cases and client referrals.

Our fee-share structure is designed to acknowledge your ability to build relationships and so the more you bill the greater the rewards.
