Our fee-share structure is designed to acknowledge your ability to build relationships and so the more you bill the greater the rewards. Where you provide the work, or the client, the split will be 70:30; in favour of the consultant.
When we provide the work, or the client, the split will be 60:40; in favour of the firm.
