Our Covid-19 Statement 2020

Following government guidance, from the Prime Ministers update on Sunday 10th May, our team continues to work from home to ensure the safety of our employees.

We continue to work remotely, on a reduced workforce. However, we are still here and are still working to provide you with the high level of service you expect.

Our head office, based in Hull, remains closed during this time, but we are fully contactable by email and telephone. Video calls can also be arranged.

Throughout this pandemic and beyond, we endeavour to support our clients around the world as best as possible during this time.

These are certainly unprecedented times and here at Hallmark Solicitors we are fully committed to supporting the safety measures now in force to curb the spread of Covid-19, whilst maintaining business continuity.

Although there’s nothing ‘usual’ about our new day-to-day, we wish to assure you that we are still here to support our clients throughout this time, as our firm continues to work remotely.

Since the lockdown announcement, we have closed our head office in Hull and have created remote working opportunities for some of our employees.

We are now acting on a virtual basis, whereby we can be fully contactable by email, telephone and video calls can also be arranged.

During this time, we’re here to support our current clients and businesses around the world who are navigating through the pandemic and beyond.

With this in mind, please note the following:

IT Systems

IT systems are in place to allow a number of our team to work remotely, with as little disruption to business as possible.


At this time, we ask that if you’re reaching out to us to do so by phone or email.
You can still reach us by phone by dialling our office numbers, where you will come through to the first point of contact who will then direct you to the relevant person (01482 616 616 or 0845 6 808 253.)

Email Communications

We would advise that you email us at: enquiries@hallmarksolicitors.co.uk.

During the lock-down, the office will remain closed. As such, no face-to-face appointments are being arranged but we are happy to arrange a meeting via Skype or Zoom.

We also ask, as much as is possible, that no communication is delivered by post but rather through phone or email.

Telephone appointments and conference calls can be arranged as usual.


We wish to assure you that we are fully set up to provide you with continued service and robust support at this time.
